Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3/4 c. water
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place chicken in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. In a saucepan, combine tomato paste, water, garlic and seasonings; bring to a boil. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Sprinkle with cheeses; bake 10 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.
