Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 stick butter
    1 c. meal (white plain)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    buttermilk
    dash of soda
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except butter.
    Add buttermilk to have ingredients not too thick.
    Melt butter in Pyrex dish (oblong). Pour half of melted butter in mixture.
    Pour in baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 to 500\u00b0 until light brown.
