German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 very large potatoes
2 medium onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. fresh dill
3 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
3 Tbsp. salad oil
dash of pepper
3 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes; peel and slice medium-thick.
Combine with onions, dill and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add cut up eggs.
