Cheese And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bacon, cooked and chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; skin, cool and dice.
    Add Velveeta, mayonnaise, onion and salt to taste.
    Put in 9 x 11-inch pan.
    Top with bacon. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
