Ham Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 slices boiled ham
    1 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
    2 c. sour cream
    4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Combine spinach, stuffing and sour cream. Spread cream mixture on squares of ham and roll, placing seam-side down in oblong baking dish. Combine milk, cornstarch and butter. Cook until thick. Stir in the Swiss cheese. Pour sauce over ham rolls and sprinkle a little additional Swiss cheese and paprika on top. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
