Hoss' Fat-Free Muffins(Not The Restaurant) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. oat bran cereal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. fruit (any kind)
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites or egg substitute
    2 Tbsp. corn syrup
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into greased muffin pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes.
