Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
3 eggs, separated
1 Tbsp. flour
pinch of ground nutmeg
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo, softened
1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain well.
Beat egg yolks; add flour, mixing well.
Stir in nutmeg, mayonnaise, margarine, salt and pepper and cheese.
Add broccoli, mixing lightly.
Beat egg whites (room temperature) until stiff but not dry.
Gently fold into broccoli mixture.
Pour into lightly buttered 9-inch square baking dish.
Bake in 350\u00b0
oven for 30 or 40 minutes or until browned and set.
