Aunt Eleanore Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. market ground sausage
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 can sauerkraut (large)
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. skinny noodles
Preparation
    In a large frying pan, crumble and fry sausage and ground meat together until good and brown.
    Drain meat in a colander and return to large frying pan.
    Add sauerkraut and 1 can water; bring to a boil.
    Add noodles.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12 minutes or less.
    Test noodles for doneness after 8 minutes.
    Stir and serve.
