Golden Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen fillet fish, partially thawed
    seasoned salt
    pepper
    1 egg white
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Place fish in pan.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold in remaining ingredients. Spread on fish.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and is lightly browned.
    Serves 4.
