Gram'S Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
4 c. sliced peaches
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 c. flour
1 c. margarine
Preparation

Combine 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add water and peaches.
Bring to a boil.
Boil 1 minute.
Add lemon juice and cool.
Meanwhile make crumbs with flour, 1 cup sugar and margarine.
Combine and mix until crumbs are fine.
Put peach mixture in pastry shell.
Cover with crumbs.
Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
