Chile Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    jalapenos
    onion, cut in 4 pieces
    tomatoes
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil.
    Add jalapenos, onions and tomatoes; boil for 20 minutes.
    Drain and cool.
    Put all ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency.
    Over medium-high heat, return to a boil.
    It is then you're ready to put on top of your food.
