Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. stew beef
    4 beef cubes
    8 c. hot water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    pepper
    1 (16 oz.) crushed tomatoes
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 small zucchini, sliced
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1 c. uncooked soup shells
Preparation
    Fry meat in butter; drain.
    Add all ingredients, except noodles (shells).
    Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
    Cook noodles and add to pot.
