Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium red potatoes
1 stick margarine
1 small onion
salt
pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Peel and cube potatoes into small pieces.
Boil potatoes along with salt, pepper and chopped onion in just enough water to cover potatoes.
When tender, add milk and simmer until thick.
(More or less milk may be needed.)
