Fried Won Ton - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. finely chopped, cooked pork
    8 fresh prawns, cleaned and cooked
    3 water chestnuts, chopped
    1 green onion
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    1 pkg. won ton skins
Preparation
    Chop all ingredients fine.
    Place in bowl and mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch and water.
    Cook to thicken.
    Wrap meat mixture in won ton skins. Cook in hot oil. Drain and serve with sweet and sour sauce.
