Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
    Beat egg with water slightly.
    Add vinegar.
    Mix into flour-shortening mixture. Chill for 1 hour.
    Roll out on floured board.
    Makes 5 (9-inch) single crusts.
    May be frozen in pie dishes.
    Place waxed paper between covers in plastic bags for freezing.
