Fresh Summer Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
    11 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    4 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate (undiluted)
    fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, melon, kiwi, grapes, etc.)
Preparation
    Press cookie dough onto greased 14-inch pizza pan and bake according to package directions.
    Cool.
    Beat cream cheese, sugar and 4 tablespoons of the frozen orange juice until fluffy.
    Spread over cooled crust.
    Arrange fruit decoratively on crust.
    Cut in wedges.
    Makes 12 to 15 servings.
