Hot Buttered Rum - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. ground pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. butter
1 lb. light brown sugar
Preparation

Add water to spices in a saucepan, stirring 2 minutes. Add butter and melt. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Stir 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Use 2 tablespoons butter batter (more or less to taste). Add 1 jigger rum and stir. Fill mug with boiling water and stir. Store remainder of butter batter in refrigerator.
