Pasta With Basil, Plum Tomatoes And Garlic(For One Person) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pasta (your choice)
    3 oz. extra virgin olive oil
    4 medium-sized whole basil leaves, cut in strips
    3 plum tomatoes, cut in half, seeded and julienned
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, roasted and mashed or crushed
    3 oz. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    juice of 1 lemon
    ground pepper (black)
Preparation
    Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta.
    Heat olive oil on medium heat in a pan.
    Add garlic, basil and tomatoes.
    Cook until tomatoes soften slightly.
    Add lemon juice and pasta.
    Toss lightly.
    Top with cheese.
    Make yourself a tossed salad.
    Yummy!
