Stuffed Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 head cabbage, shredded
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato or V-8 juice
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper and garlic in skillet, stirring frequently; drain.
    Layer ground beef mixture, rice and cabbage 1/2 at a time in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour juice over all.
    Bake, covered, with foil at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Yields 8 servings.
