Pear Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cream together Crisco, sugar, flour and egg.
    Spoon mixture over prepared pears.
    The mixture is a little stiff.
    Place it as biscuits over the pears.
    When baked it runs together and makes a good crust.
