Lola Faye'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil, shortening and eggs together.
    Mix baking soda with flour.
    Gradually blend in flour mixture and milk.
    Mix in vanilla.
    Pour into greased and floured tube cake pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
