Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Saute rice, onion and pepper in vegetable oil.
    When rice is golden brown, add water and tomato sauce.
    Add salt, sugar, lemon juice and black pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Turn heat to low and cook slowly for 5 minutes while covered with lid.
