Pumpkin Pie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Heat oven to
350\u00b0.
Grease
and flour large sheet cake baking pan.
Beat\tsugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs in large mixer bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally for 1 minute. Stir in dry ingredients.
Stir in cinnamon, nuts and raisins. Pour into pan and
bake approximately 35 minutes.
Frost with cream cheese frosting

served with whipped cream.
