Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
5 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
3 to 4 bananas, sliced lengthwise in half
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Cool Whip
chopped nuts
red cherries
coconut
Preparation

Mix crushed wafers and melted butter; press into bottom of rectangle dish.
Slice bananas lengthwise and cover bottom.
Avoid overly ripe bananas.
Use yellow skinned or green tipped.
Mix together condensed milk and lemon juice; spread on top of bananas. Spread crushed pineapple on top of Eagle Brand layer.
Cover with whipped topping (8 to 9 ounce is plenty).
Sprinkle coconut, chopped nuts and arrange red cherries on top to designate serving size.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Easy, no cooking, pretty and good!
