Oatmeal Caramelitos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. quick oatmeal
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 jar Mrs. Richardson's caramel fudge syrup
    6 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, soda, salt and margarine. Press 1/2 of crumbs into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Take from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips (can add nuts also) over baked crust.
    Combine caramel syrup and 6 tablespoons flour, mixing well, and drizzle over chocolate chips.
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs over topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Chill bars.
