Delicious Deep-Fried Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. catfish fillets
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1 qt. corn oil
Preparation
    Mix flour, cornmeal, salt and pepper.
    Dip fillets into milk, then dredge in flour mixture.
    Pour corn oil in a heavy, 3-quart saucepan, filling no more than 1/3 full.
    Heat to 375\u00b0.
    Fry fillets 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
    Drain on paper towels and serve with hush puppies and cole slaw.
