Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    6 eggs
    20 oz. frozen chopped spinach
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2/3 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    pie crust for 2-crust pie
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cook sausage and pour off fat.
    Thaw and drain spinach.
    Grate cheese.
    Reserve 1 egg yolk and beat with water.
    Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into pie shell.
    Top with pie crust.
    Brush top crust with egg yolk.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
