Dessert Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. cold water
    3 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    3 Tbsp. orange liqueur, rum or brandy
    1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Place the ingredients in the blender in the order listed. Cover and blend at top speed for 1 minute.
    Let stand at least 2 hours or overnight.
