Coating For Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 beaten egg
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning

Preparation

Beat and let stand.
Coat chicken.
Turn chicken over every 10 to 12 minutes.
