Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. frozen broccoli
salt to taste
dash of Tabasco
grated, small onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 fresh egg
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli and place in buttered casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients except Cheddar cheese and pour over broccoli.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
May add paprika on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
