German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    6 slices bacon
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, cool and dice in large bowl.
    Add parsley; toss.
    Cook bacon (cut into small pieces) until crisp, add onion (chopped) and cook until onions are done.
    Drain off some of the bacon fat.
    Add flour and cook until bubbly.
    Stir in vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil, simmer 2 minutes, pour over potatoes and toss.
    Enjoy!
