Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
    salt and pepper
    flour
    garlic powder
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup olive oil
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 cup marsala wine
    1 cup chopped parsley
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Dip chicken into flour and coat.
    Heat butter and oil in large skillet.
    Brown chicken slowly on both sides until cooked.
    Remove to warmed platter.
    Stir lemon juice and wine in pan with drippings to deglaze.
    Stir thoroughly to loosen all pieces. Spoon over chicken.
    Sprinkle with parsley and garnish platter with pimento and lemon wedges.
