Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. cake flour
1 tsp. soda
3 c. chopped dates
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. raw apples, chopped

Preparation

Beat eggs with Wesson oil and sugar.
Add flour sifted with other dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly; add dates, nuts and apples; mix thoroughly.
Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 in greased pan.
