Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 slice bread, soaked and squeezed dry
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 lb. tomatoes, cut into salad size pieces
    1/4 lb. green peppers, cut fine
    3/4 c. tuna, drained
    1/4 c. julienne strips cured ham
Preparation
    Separate egg yolks and whites.
    Mash yolks and finely chop whites.
    Mix yolks with garlic, oil and bread until smooth.
    Add pepper, vinegar and salt.
    This is the dressing.
