German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red potatoes (enough for 9 x 13-inch dish)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large red onion
    parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil, peel and slice potatoes.\tSlice onion and separate into rings.
    Mix together mayonnaise, vegetable oil and vinegar.
