Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep dish pie shells, unbaked
    cooked ham, sausage or fried bacon
    Velveeta cheese, cubed
    8 eggs, beaten
    2 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Sprinkle diced ham, sausage or crumbled bacon and cubed Velveeta in pie shell.
    Beat eggs in bowl; beat in remaining ingredients.
    Pour egg mixture into pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0.
    Bake about 30 minutes longer or until quiche tests done.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
