Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    red food color
    1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    2 large eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together all ingredients with an electric mixer.
    Grease three 9-inch round pans; flour bottoms. Pour batter in equal amounts into pans.
    Bake until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes before frosting.
