Fat Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt into a small bowl.
    Combine eggs, butter and milk.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Stir just enough to moisten.
    Spoon batter into greased 3-inch muffin tins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or more.
