Cabbage And Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    Tony's seasoning
    black pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut up cabbage and boil until tender.
    Mash cabbage and measure 5 cups.
    Cook ground meat until brown.
    Add onions, bell peppers and seasonings.
    Stir.
    Add cabbage, Ro-Tel and mushroom soup and stir.
    Crumble Ritz crackers (all but about 5).
    Grate cheese and save 1/4 cup.
    Add cheese and crackers to ground meat mixture.
    Place in 2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese and crackers on top.
    Return to oven and bake about 10 minutes.
