Salmon And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter, divided
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1 can salmon, deboned and flaked
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter until tender (about 3 to 5 minutes).
    In remaining butter, stir in flour until well blended.
    Add milk and stir slowly until sauce thickens.
    Add sauteed onions and mushrooms, wine and salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir in salmon and cook until heated.
    Serve over pasta, egg noodles or rice.
