Apple Glazed Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. lean pork spareribs
    1/4 c. apple jelly
    3 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. bottled teriyaki marinade and sauce
    1/3 c. chopped green onions and tops
Preparation
    Cut spareribs into serving size pieces, meaty side down. Combine jelly with vinegar, stirring until jelly dissolves.
    Mix in teriyaki sauce and green onions; brush ribs with mixture. Cover pan tightly with foil.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Discard foil and turn ribs over; brush with remaining sauce.
    Bake 30 minutes longer, or until tender, turning ribs over and basting every 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
