Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 (12 oz.) boneless chicken breasts
    1 medium zucchini squash
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. fresh or dried cilantro
    2 tsp. chili powder
    6 (6-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cut zucchini and pepper into strips.
    Remove skin from chicken and cut into strips.
    Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the chicken strips over medium heat until chicken turns white.
    Add the remaining ingredients except tortillas and stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
    Divide the mixture evenly into 6 servings.
    Place a serving of chicken mixture in center of each tortilla.
    Fold over in half to form the fajita. Serve with fresh salsa.
