Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. country style pork spareribs
2 onions, sliced thin
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Brown ribs in skillet.
Transfer ribs to baking dish.
Place sliced onions over the top.
Mix ketchup, chili powder, liquid smoke, sugar, lemon juice and water and pour over top.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 2 hours.
Baste occasionally. May add more water if too dry.
