Eat More - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large chopped onion or minced onion
1 stalk celery, grated
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1/2 tsp. chili powder
dash of red pepper
Preparation

Cook noodles 10 minutes.
Drain; cook celery and tomatoes together.
Brown meat and onion.
Place all in casserole adding salt, pepper and red pepper.
Add chili powder.
Let simmer in oven at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours covered.
Serves 6. Sprinkle cheese on top, if desired.
