Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
5 eggs
1/4 lb. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. coconut (if desired)

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together and pour in pie shells.
Bake in moderate oven at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 2 pies.
