Cheesy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato soup
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    4 oz. diced processed American cheese
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork
Preparation
    Cook onion and pepper in boiling water until tender; drain. Stir in tomato soup, eggs, cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and thyme.
    Add meats, mixing well.
    Shape into loaf in dish.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 8 to 10.
