Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 heaping Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour; set aside.
Beat egg yolks and mix into sugar and flour mixture.
Heat milk, when it comes to a boil, add the sugar and flour mixture to hot milk; stir constantly.
When thick, remove from heat.
Add vanilla and coconut.
Stir well and pour into baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites and put on top of pie filling.
