Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 2/3 c. scalding hot milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add rest of the ingredients and beat well.
    Pour into a pastry-lined pie pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until a silver knife inserted 1-inch from side comes out clean.
