Easy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Mix well. Cover and refrigerate (dough will keep a few days).
    Spoon batter into greased muffin tins until half full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
