Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    thick pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    lemon, sliced
    brown sugar
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place pork chops in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place a slice of lemon on each chop.
    Sprinkle brown sugar on chops.
    Mix catsup and water; pour around chops until they are just covered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until well done.
